Playoff week was another weekend of glorious weather in a row, slightly making up for the 3 weeks of rainouts at the beginning of the season. The day featured beautifall weather starting with a frosty, chilly morning in the 30's during warmups and in the 60's in the late innings against a deep blue and cloudless sky. The Batmen 10 - Spears 3 Diamond Dawgs - Millers PPD Following a weekend of Opening Day rainouts, The Batmen and Spears were able to move their first game up to Saturday to beat the incoming inclement weather. What looked to be an exciting face-off between Plug Uglies teammates, Bill Evans and Greg Elbaum, turned into a defensive fiasco on the Spears' side as 4 infield errors (out of an 11 total in the game!) and some timely Batmen hitting in the top of the 2nd led to 7 runs,
